Take Interstate 80 East, once past the Carquinez bridge, take the exit for Martinez/Benicia (I-780 East), and take the Military W exit. Take a slight right at W K Street, and turn right at W 9th Street. Follow W 9th street to the end towards the boat ramps, and parking.
